For Orders under $300, the following freight charges will apply:
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
All orders are processed within 48 hours and dispatched from our Bangalow Australia warehouse, Monday through Friday. All orders placed after 10am on Friday and on the weekend will be dispatched Monday morning. Once an order has left the warehouse it can take up to 7 working days to arrive depending on your location. Drop shipping is not permitted. Orders need to be sent to the person placing the order.
MY PARCEL HASN’T ARRIVED YET. WHAT DO I DO?
Once your parcel has left our warehouse it’s in the hands of either Australia Post or the couriers, and delivery can take up to 7 working days. However, if you are worried, please do email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will happily reply as soon as possible.
WHAT TO DO IF THERE IS MISSING PRODUCT(S) FROM MY ORDER.
Our warehouse boys take great care and pride in preparing your order, and to-date we have a pretty impressive track record, as the orders are double checked by our team. However, if you do happen to discover any incorrect, missing or damaged product(s) please email email@example.com within 24 hours of you receiving the delivery and we’ll happily get on to it immediately.
There is NO exchange or refund on Equilibrium bottles. Any other unused product(s) may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Please note, returned product(s) MUST be in original condition, in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of opened or used product(s), returned product(s) damaged in transit (so please pack your returned goods properly), or product(s) received more than 7 days after delivery date. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. To begin the process of returning product(s) please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason why you would like to return the product(s) and we will provide you with a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER and the next steps. Please do not send product(s) back to our warehouse without a RETURN PROCESSING NUMBER.
