How to Choose: Choose the pocket rescue bottle that may be helpful for the particular chakra or energetic support you desire.
How to Use
1. Remove the cap, and hold the bottle in your left hand, thumb underneath the base, second finger on the top of the bottle and first and third fingers on the shoulders of the bottle.
2. Shake vigorously, so that the top and bottom fraction colours are combined.
3. Pour some of the liquid into the palm of your right hand and apply around the body in the area(s) of the corresponding chakra as indicated, enabling the energetic vibrations to be absorbed.
Suggested application: Apply around the entire abdominal area. May also be applied around the body in the area of the 4th / heart chakra. However, the greater guide, is the always the guide within.
